Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 9 to10 working days after the order has been dispatched. There might be a change indelivery time depending on the product type, quantity, destination and mode ofpayment. We will keep you informed if there’s any delay in the delivery timedue to any reason.

If your order is delayed bymore than four days beyond the time told to you, call us as soon as possiblewith your Order Number. We’ll expedite it and make sure your hair care productsreach you fast.

Additional Costs

In case there’s any octroi orentry charge, the buyer will be liable to pay for the same. Depending on yourshipping location, Octroi Levies and/or Local Government Taxes may beapplicable on your shipment and will be payable by the consignee on delivery toclaim the shipment.

Where Do We Ship?

We ship PAN India. If yourshipping address doesn’t fall under our courier partner’s service area, yourorder will be dispatched via Indian Postal Service. There might be a delay indelivery time in such cases. We will inform you of the same via email.

Please note that the buyer isresponsible for providing any inward form or declaration form required to sendthe material to the provided shipping address. In case the buyer fails to doso, we will not be responsible for any delay in delivery.

Our team makes sure yourshipment reaches you just as it left our warehouse. Our boxes and packets aresturdy, and all hair care products are wrapped in bubble wrap for protection.All orders are packed securely, because we know how frustrating it can be whenpackaging isn’t quite right.

Orders shipped on completion ofthe processing period via our reliable shippers will be delivered to mostdestinations in India within 9 to 10 working days from shipping.
