WE WILL CHECK THE SHIPPING METHOD AND CHARGES AND SEND YOU THE INVOICE. DO NOT MAKE THE PAYMENT ONLINE AS YOUR ORDER MIGHT GET CANCELLED.
FOR ALL INDIA ORDERS, AN ENTRY TAX NEEDS TO BE PAID AS PER THE GOVERNMENT'S POLICY. BUYER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY FOR THE SAME.

Note: Processing time for orders containing more than one item will be according to the item in your order requiring the longest processing time, as all items in a single order will ship together.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 9 to 10 working days after the order has been dispatched. There might be a change in delivery time depending on the product type, quantity, destination and mode of payment. We will keep you informed if there’s any delay in the delivery time due to any reason.

If your order is delayed by more than four days beyond the time told to you, call us as soon as possible with your Order Number. We’ll expedite it and make sure your hair care products reach you fast.

Additional Costs

In case there’s any octroi or entry charge, the buyer will be liable to pay for the same. Depending on your shipping location, Octroi Levies and/or Local Government Taxes may be applicable on your shipment and will be payable by the consignee on delivery to claim the shipment.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are extra and will be calculated on the cart page. We highly recommend that if your order is more than 50 kg in total, send us an email at enquiry@hairdareyou.world and we will create a custom quote for you.

Where Do We Ship?

We ship PAN India. If your shipping address doesn’t fall under our courier partner’s service area, your order will be dispatched via Indian Postal Service. There might be a delay in delivery time in such cases. We will inform you of the same via email.

Important Information

Please note that the buyer is responsible for providing any inward form or declaration form required to send the material to the provided shipping address. In case the buyer fails to do so, we will not be responsible for any delay in delivery.

Billing & Shipping Details

Please take extra care while filling in your Billing Details and Contact Information, as this is how we deliver your hair care products to you! Your Name and Address should be exactly as they appear on your Credit Card/Debit Card statement. Your contact information should be verifiable by your Bank/Credit Card provider when authorising payment.

Your contact information also helps us send you order confirmation and keep you updated about your order at all times.

Shipping Details are the delivery name, address and contact details where you would like your order delivered. If your Billing and Shipping details are the same, simply check the box provided.

Caution: Billing Address and Shipping Address could be different. Please make sure to fill in the right one at the right place.

Packaging Information

Our team makes sure your shipment reaches you just as it left our warehouse. Our boxes and packets are sturdy, and all hair care products are wrapped in bubble wrap for protection. All orders are packed securely, because we know how frustrating it can be when packaging isn’t quite right.

Delivery Condition

We really want to know if your hair care products reached you in the same impeccable condition in which we dispatched them. Do tell us at enquiry@hairdareyou.world.

Delivery Information

Orders shipped on completion of the processing period via our reliable shippers will be delivered to most destinations in India within 9 to 10 working days from shipping. In case of unforeseen delays, please allow some additional days over your order processing time. If you have still not received your order, please contact us with your Order Number at enquiry@hairdareyou.world.
