Exceptions

Exchanges or credits may beconsidered in the following cases:

• Hair care products purchased directly from thehairdareyou website were incorrectly sent.
• Hair care products purchased directly from thehairdareyou website are defective.

Notification Window

Customers must notify hairdareyou within the following time frames from the date of purchase:

•      14 days — for incorrectly sent hair careproducts.

•      7 days — for defective hair care products.

Resolution

Where an exchange is not feasible, hairdareyou may issue a store credit for the value of the affectedhair care products. This credit may be used toward the purchase of any other products available on the hairdareyou website.
