Refund & Exchange Policy

hairdare you does not offer a refund policy on hair care products unless otherwise stated under the exceptions below.

Exceptions

Exchanges or credits may be considered in the following cases:

• Hair care products purchased directly from the hairdareyou website were incorrectly sent.
• Hair care products purchased directly from the hairdareyou website are defective.

Notification Window

Customers must notify hairdareyou within the following time frames from the date of purchase:

• 14 days — for incorrectly sent hair care products.
• 7 days — for defective hair care products.

Resolution

Where an exchange is not feasible, hairdareyou may issue a store credit for the value of the affected hair care products. This credit may be used toward the purchase of any other products available on the hairdareyou website.
